Following an accident, it's your legal right to have your car repaired anywhere of your choice. All Insurers have an obligation governed by the FCA to ‘Treat customers fairly’, you do not need to use your insurance company's favoured establishment and you do not need two estimates.
Complimentary Accident Assistance
In the event of an accident, just one phone call to the iRG and we will recover your vehicle to one of our facilities in Cardiff, Pontypridd, Bridgend, Merthyr, Newport and Hereford and you will receive a complimentary replacement vehicle for the duration of the repairs or a like for like for non-fault cases, having our expert technicians repair your vehicle back to its original standard, using only manufacturer parts and materials.
